In 1952, the land at 15201 Euclid Avenue, East Cleveland, Ohio, was home to a car dealership, Hewitt Chevrolet. In 1956, it became Lazar-Carver Chevrolet. At the end of 1957, it was called Jim Connell Chevrolet.
In 1969, C. Miller Chevrolet, who stayed until 1976.
Sisters Chicken & Biscuits came along in 1981, stayed until 1991 when the company went under. In 1995, NEON moved in, and is still there in 2026.

Many things have been at the corner of Euclid avenue and Collamer street in East Cleveland. In 1922, it was Gerson and Green Drugs. 1925 through 1958, Collamer Drug Co. 1959 was Dino's Pizza. Angela Mia Pizza came along in 1977 when Earl Cipriani saw a restaurant in the neighborhood he grew up in for sale.
