In 1952, the land at 15201 Euclid Avenue, East Cleveland, Ohio, was home to a car dealership, Hewitt Chevrolet. In 1956, it became Lazar-Carver Chevrolet. At the end of 1957, it was called Jim Connell Chevrolet.
In 1969, C. Miller Chevrolet, who stayed until 1976.
Sisters Chicken & Biscuits came along in 1981, stayed until 1991 when the company went under. In 1995, NEON moved in, and is still there in 2026.
